Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Enrollment: a. Parents or legal guardians must complete the registration process for their child before they can participate in any activities at the art studio. b. Enrollment in classes or workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction and safety.

2. Age Requirements: a. Children must meet the minimum age requirements specified for each class or workshop. Age requirements are set to ensure that activities are developmentally appropriate for the participants.

3. Health and Safety: a. The safety of all children is our top priority. Parents or legal guardians must inform the art studio of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have. b. Children should come to the studio in appropriate attire for art activities. Clothes that can get dirty are recommended. c. All art materials and tools provided by the studio are safe and non-toxic when used as intended. Children should use materials responsibly and follow the instructions provided by the instructors.

4. Conduct and Behavior: a. Respectful and cooperative behavior is expected from all children participating in activities at the art studio. b. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Any child engaging in such behavior may be removed from the class or workshop at the discretion of the instructors or studio management.

5. Attendance and Punctuality: a. Children should arrive on time for their scheduled classes or workshops. Late arrivals may disrupt the session and impact the learning experience for others. b. If a child will be absent from a scheduled class or workshop, parents or legal guardians are requested to inform the art studio in advance whenever possible.

6. Liability Waiver: a. While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of all participants, the art studio and its staff cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during classes or workshops. b. Parents or legal guardians must sign a liability waiver before their child can participate in any activities at the art studio.

7. Photography and Media Release: a. The art studio may occasionally take photographs or videos during classes or workshops for promotional purposes. Parents or legal guardians consent to the use of their child's likeness in such materials unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Payment and Refunds/credits: a. Payment for classes or workshops is due upon registration unless otherwise specified by the art studio. b. The art studio operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, absence, or cancellation by the participant. c. Services may be transferred to another class or event of equal value, subject to availability and approval by the art studio. d. A credit may be issued for the amount paid, which can be applied towards future classes, merchandise, or services offered by the art studio. e. Your credit may also be transferred to another student or family member for another event. For example: If your child does not attend a class that you've paid for, you may use that credit towards a paint night event for yourself or another guest.

9. Changes to Schedule or Policies: a. The art studio reserves the right to make changes to its schedule, curriculum, or policies as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to parents or legal guardians in advance. If class is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the time or service will be made up within 1 to 2 weeks.

10. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

11. Discounts: Discounts are offered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the type of discount and the services provided. Please refer to individual promotion details or contact us for further information on eligibility and usage.

By registering your child or yourself for classes or workshops at our art studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
