❓ FAQs

What is the Parent-Stay Option?
Ideal for first-time campers or parents who prefer to stay close by, this option allows your child to participate in camp without being officially dropped off. Parents are welcome to relax in the front lobby, use the Wi-Fi, grab a snack or coffee, or even join in on the creative fun. You're free to be as involved—or hands-off—as you’d like.

Do I need to send food?
Full-day artists get lunch and snacks included. Half-day students receive a snack. We encourage all campers to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it. If your child has dietary restrictions or allergies, let us know ahead of time. A weekly lunch menu will be shared prior to your session for full-day artists.

Why only 3 drop-off spots?
In order to maintain a safe and cozy studio environment, we limit drop-off spots to just 3 children per session. This keeps our space calm, comfortable, and compliant with safety guidelines.

What are the age groups?
Most camps are for ages 4+, unless otherwise stated. We can accept 3-year-olds only with a Parent-Stay enrollment.

What if my child has special needs?
We welcome all kids and offer a Sensory-Friendly Afternoon Camp if interested. Contact us to discuss the best option for your child.

👪 Parent-Stay Guidelines

We love that you're here! Please help us keep things smooth and stress-free by following these simple rules:

  • Be mindful of space and studio flow. Please limit movement between rooms unless participating.

  • Parent-Stay guests are welcome to join the activity or relax in the designated lobby area.

  • Complimentary coffee, water, and Wi-Fi are provided for your comfort.

  • If you’d like to volunteer, let us know in advance!

  • Keep personal conversations, calls, and noise levels respectful to the learning environment.

  • Only parents/guardians listed at registration are permitted to stay unless otherwise discussed.

  • We kindly ask that you remain mindful of your child’s participation.

  • If your child is having difficulty staying engaged because of your presence (e.g., seeking your phone, trying to sit out, or becoming distracted), we may gently encourage you both to join the group together or suggest you enjoy a quiet break away from the studio.

  • This option works best for children who are comfortable following group routines even with a parent present. If your child typically relies on you for redirection or becomes easily dysregulated, please consider whether this setup will work best for them.

We want all of our artists to get the most out of camp, and appreciate your help in maintaining a positive group environment!

🎯 Camper Code of Conduct

We want everyone to feel safe, seen, and supported! Please review these expectations with your child.

Respectful Behavior:
Treat fellow artists, adults, and materials with kindness and care.

Participation:
We encourage effort over perfection! Just try your best and have fun.

Materials & Clean-Up:
Supplies should be used respectfully. Artists are expected to tidy up their stations after each activity.

🌟 Behavior Expectations

  • If a child is having a tough day, we’ll provide gentle redirection or offer a short break.

  • If disruptive behavior becomes a pattern, we’ll reach out to the parent to discuss the best path forward together.

  • After three incidents, we may request early pick-up or suggest a temporary break from camp to maintain a positive experience for all.

  • To help us best support your child, please share any behavioral needs or specific considerations before camp begins.

  • Open communication allows us to prepare in advance and create a safe, supportive space for your child and others.

  • We are happy to work with you to make accommodations whenever possible!

We’re always happy to work with families to ensure every child feels supported.
